Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Any Training and Educational Materials from this Website: https://domeacademy.education THIS AGREEMENT is made on the date of purchase of all and any Training Services and Materials available from this website including Information, E-Manuals, Guides, Plans and Specifications, Video Courses and Webinars. BETWEEN: Domeshells Australia Pty Ltd ABN 96 096426274 (hereinafter referred to as The Company) and The Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “the Student Member of the second part. The Company is the owner and developer of systems for building dome-shaped structures as demonstrated in the e-manuals and guides and the online video courses offered to the Student Member. By purchasing any of the material on this website the Student Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You will not copy or reproduce or distribute any of the materials of the manuals or courses except for your own personal requirement

  2. While the structural design of the basalt fiber reinforced 3.0m dome that is the subject of the training materials is intended to meet category 5 cyclonic wind speeds, they cannot be used for council construction approval purposes. (Only a specifically relevant and certified structural design for a specific property can be used for a council approval.)

  3. The Bamboo Dome Building system – will not comply with the Australian Building Code.

  4. The Student Member indemnifies The Company against any actions, suits, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation, sums of money, costs (including solicitor and client costs), charges and expenses arising out of the promotion, sale, supply or other use of The Training Materials by The Company, its servants or agents. The defence of any litigation to which this clause applies is to be under the control of The Company, its solicitors, and counsel, and all legal costs and expenses of any such litigation borne by the Attendee.

  5. Applicable law. This Agreement must be read and construed according to the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of that State.

  Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds except in rare and extreme circumstances. Disclaimer The methods and systems demonstrated and taught in any of the Training Services and Materials by DomeShells Australia are for educational purposes only. We make no guarantee that any structure built by any person buying the manuals or the online video courses will comply with required engineering and or compliance with local authorities. It is the responsibility of the Student Member to satisfy him/herself of their capability to perform the work. Plans and specifications provided with packages purchased from the Domeshells website are to Australian Standard which must be complied with.
